really F*&%ed up service I placed an order for a watch.... 2 weeks go by and I get nothing... I called them and emailed them...they told me it was on back order. I miraculously received an email within minutes stating it had shipped....... days later nothing.. called them back and was told "our mistake it will take longer." I told them to cancel, where I was told " oh no sir, we dont cancel orders" "we can put in a request to see where it is ,but you cant cancel" I told her I no longer want the item, she told me ... well you should have not ordered it .. CLICK guess I got owned.......
