I have called these people and also emailed then and get no response back. I have this mower and the start box on the handle is jammed so that it cannot be turned on. The key inserts with difficulty and the on switch is frozen solid. This mower is kept inside, the battery is properly charged. Meanwhile, my lawn needs baled. Why are they not being helpful in any way? I like this mower and would like to get it fixed.
