Billing practices of cell phone companies

Billing practices of cell phone companies

All cellphone companies in the US charge both the sender and the receiver of

a call. So I also get billed when I answer a prankster. I believe that only

the caller should be billed since he initiated it and therefore should take

responsibility. This will discourage pranksters from abusing the system.

This is especially annoying when you are driving and have no time to look at

the caller ID when a prankster or a wrong number calls you.

cricket cell phones service and how many days you get before they shut you off and charge you for the days that the phone aint on, I turned My phone on the 3rd of the month and my phone off on the 19th of that same month. I went into the offices and I was told that my bill is due on the 19th of the month and it has been that way for the last 10 years that Ive have had cricket cell phone. I no that Ive paid for on the day that I turned it on and it always benn the same day the next month, then some how my account date had changed and my account is turned off charging me a 15$ to return it back on. All I no is that I pay for a 30 days why aint I getting that I only got from the 03 to the 19th of that month and be told that Im being charged for those days that my phone was shutt off, They turn your phone off for none payment and you get it turn back the due date should change every month from the day you get it turned back on.
