I am having a airtel post paid connection .My average bill for the last

3 years is Rs 2000/- app. But in the month of july I activate my GPRS

connection for net surfing the monthly rent is Rs 499/- in which you can

surf internet and downloading are unlimited and in this month I am in

delhi itself . but I found that I recd my bill is for Rs. 13814.00

No body in the airtel to explain the reason for that . I will be very

thankful to you if you kindly help me to resolving this issue
