Useless Bank

Hi,

This is a useless bank.

I have given all the documents required for opening an account by 2nd week of July and yet HDFC has opened my account.

Any queries the representative never contacts, the customer has to be at the back of the representative asking if the account has been activated.

Is this the customer service which you do?
