I hope i will be responded quickly. I don't know why you peoples are taking so much time. It is highly considered as cheating. I am contacting you for the last two month & the money transferred to you was three month back. Now I am serious and I am going to take this matter to consumer court and news papers.

Please let me know about further days to wait for your response. It's been really surprising that so far no reply any document sent by you. It means your company only interested in money transaction (Because I received total 10 to 12 calls for initial payment) not in sending documents and other benefits. One of the insured person was ahospitalised for two days. What about that. Please let me know. This will be my last E-mail to your company. Hereafter i am thinking of taking this matter to news parer/media.

I have talked to your call centre representative after receipt of this E-mail month back the requistion ID given was 2267987700 and it was assured that I will be sent the policy along with other details and all the details of names of insured persons and residential address. However, after I spoken today to your call center representative, the same things were repeated like month back by earlier discussion.Today's reference Id given is 886657788. I herewith attaching my credit card statement for your reference. My credit Card No. is 4477 4607 9148 9000. The persons insured are Mr. N. Balaram, Mrs. Laxmi Balaram and Mrs. Sasikala Mohan. My present address is as follows.

One of the insured person is getting admitted tomorrow in hospital for surgery. Hope she will be benefitted as assured on the transaction day.

This is my worst experience with your company. Hope things will be solved.
