RE: Nuvell Financial Services

My husband have a car finance by Nuvell Financial Services at P.O. Box 7100,

Little Rock, AR.72223. The problem we are experencing with this company is

that they are telling us that they have not receive our car payment. We

have had this problem twice with them. I even have receipt where payment

has been made. I don't know what is going on with this company. I feel

they either is lying, or trying to cheat customers out of more money or

someone within their company is stealing or trying to embezzle money. This

situation is ruining our credit. It is hurting the customers. I have read

where they have done this same thing to other customers. Something is gonna

have to be done about this. Some investigating and some charges gonna have

to be brought against this company. I cannot continue to be with a finance

company that I cannot trust. If anyone can offer some information of help,

please e-mail me and if you are experiencing the same thing with this same

financial company. What they are doing are not right!
