Student completed pedicure at water spa. Customer stepped down, foot got

caught in spa step. Customer waited over 15 minutes for ice. No sanitizing agent

was offered. 911 was not called nor offered. Incompetent instructors were

clueless. Instructors had limited knowledge on how to fill out an injury

report

Chronic plumbing problems with producing hot water.
