Best Buy Credit Card

Last Oct my son bought a computer at the Best Buy Store in Mankato, MN. =

We were going to charge it on a normal credit card. The sales person =

said we have free financing for 6 months, no interest charge, no late =

fees. I asked does this have anything to do with HSBC because I had a =

bad experience with them before. Oh no, Best Buy has their own =

finance co., this has nothing to do with HSBC. Well, we paid it off =

the end of March, it was due April 15th. Now we are getting bills for =

late fees, because we didnt make a payment every month. We were told =

as long as we paid it off by April 15th there would not be any charges. =

We were lied too, and now we are being harassed by HSBC. What =

can we do about it, they charge late fees, on late fees, . I did =

not ever want to do business with them and now we are stuck.
