Alside Windows

Can you help me get Alside Window Co. to replace two smaller windows that are

part of my Bay window in my living room. The seals have broken and they

cloud up. I have called, emailed, written and heard from Joseph Lorber, Warranty

Services Window Division since March 14, 2006. They either don't call me back

or tell me that Bob Ramoska of their Alside Supply Center in Cedar Rapids,

330-922-2035 will call me, which he hasn't.

The excuse is he works in 7 states and will get to us when he can. Could you

help me in this matter.
