Mortgage broker/home loan

Mortgage broker/home loan 800USALend, 29222 Rancho Viejo Rd., Suite 103, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675; They owe me $105.99 due to errors in mortgage paperwork. They charged me $250.00 in loan discount points that they shouldn't have which they said they would refund separately. The check I received after closing did not match the amount I am due and I am short overall by the $105.99. I have strings of emails admitting they owe me and stating a check has been requested. This has been going on for over a month and I still have no check. I called 1-800-usa-lend today, and asked for Al Pereida's supervisor (Mr. Pereida is who I have been dealing with recently) and a very rude man (who said he could help me after asking for a supervisor) blew me off like $105.99 isn't a lot of money and further stated, "maybe there was a difference in payoff." Maybe this, that, the other. "Did Al tell you we've been moving for the past two weeks. If I ask our accounting department about a $105.99 check, they'll just laugh they're so backed up." I was so angry at his rudeness, I didn't get his name. He ignored the fact that I have correspondence that states I am owed the money and a check has been requested. Further, during the loan process, mistakes were made in paperwork, fees where inflated and now this issue over not getting money I am due. They now are basically telling me to go ahead and pursue legal action and any other means, so I am doing so. I am filing a complaint with my local governing agency and posting bad reviews all over the internet. I am an educated, usually calm person, but this is ridiculous over $105.99! May not be much to them, but it is my money and they have never disputed that they owe it to me. They keep saying the check has been requested now for over a month!
