I was told my rebate for a storm door was ineligible because the wrong sku number was entered at the time of purchase. After being on hold for 45 minutes, and with several apologies, I was told the problem was now resolved. I sent the rebate in March, and in July I have still not received a check. It is borderline criminal to offer a discount, and then make it such a difficult and arduous process for the consumer. I agree with another reviewer who said, if a product is to be discounted, just honor that at the time of the sale. Don't play the rebate game.
