Complain - SAMSUNG Hard disk, HDD YEPP I bought a Samsung Mp3 Player-Hard disk 2 1.5 year ago from EROS shop - SAMSUNG Recognized Dealer in UAE . last month i have got a problem in it. i walked in into shop and ask EROS people to repair the device for me. They did not pay any attention and just gave me a piece of paper (rough paper) indicating address of SAMSUNG Customer service. They told me they don't repair products after expiry of wannenty (So why are the dealers?) When they sell a device it is their responsibity to take care of customer. After that i took a half day leave from office and it took a lot to of time find Customer care - It is in an industrial area. they gave me a token and asked me to wait 4 days. It's been 16 days till now but i have not got any reply from them. Today i called them and ask them about my hard disk. they told me that they will inquary and infirm me within 10 minutes. Now, it is been 1 day but they have not come back to me. i am sure that they won't till i make another call to them. As result i was going to place a complain in SAMSUNG Corporate Service center about their office in Dubai and ERSO (as a partner). The issue is that in SAMSUNG Global site, there is no link for Customer Care or Support. They just want to sell their products; No respect to customer or its need. it appears from lack of link in their website. One more thing to mention is that i will prevent all my friends to buy anything from your shop/Samsung because of kind of CARE they are taking for their customers.
