Received a "VCR Commander 2" from many several weeks ago.

It was defective - stated so by a telephone rep at X10. =20

Returned it at my expense.

More than four weeks after they received the defective unit,

they sent me another unit. Also defective.

Cannot afford more shipping costs. Cannot find on their website

a place to complain. The unit is in my trash can.

There is a consumer forum available. It states at the outset:

Please try to avoid berating X10 Products in public posts.

So I bring this to your attention.

I will not buy from them again and I advise readers to avoid=20
