I ordered 4 tires on-line from Costco. The deal was great. I received an email back saying my tires were on the way to the Brookfield, Connecticut store but that the tires were in stock there and we could go there anytime and have the them installed. My wife drove there and went to the tire shop. She was told to go inside the store and talk to them. You know how far the store entrance is to the tire shop? They sent her back to the tire shop to speak to them. The gut there told her they could not take the tires out of their stock because it would mess their inventory up. He told her she would have to go back to the customer service and have them issue a credit for the tires already charged to my credit card, then return to the tire shop and repurchase the tires. At this time she left. I called the manager of the store and he agreed with the way my wife was treated. I cannot believe you treat your customers this way. I've learned not to shop Costco on-line. I

will pass this important information on to many of my friends and customers.

I would like to thank you for bringing Christmas back to Costco.

I have forwarded this update to family and friends and will definitely now shop at your store again.
