Bsnl Landline bill

I put a complaint on bsnl customer care and there is no response because

of that sending this mail to you.

I received the last month bsnl land line bill

Bill No: 2083482409

Bill Date: 14-07-07

Amount: Rs. 810

I applied for transferring this connection from my earlier residence by

the first week of April 2007 and I got the connection back by last week

of june 2007.

So almost 3 months I don't have this connection, but now I got a bill

having rental charges for the idle 3 months, there was a delay in

transferring the connection from the bsnl, for that fault I am not the

responsible for paying the rental charges.

For this reason I called several times in the following numbers

Bill enquiry: 25424455

Public grievances call: 25422434

Nobody is picking up the phone most of the time, if some body picks up

will give some other number and if I try with that number nobody will be

picking it up.

I tried calling to my exchange (Bsnl Krishnarajapuram) for this

complaint, but nobody is picking up the phone.

So I request you to make necessary changes in my bsnl land line bill and

send it again. I am expecting an early response for this mail, for this

I called several non toll free numbers for that I am loosing again and

again, For getting this connection back I already paid around Rs 800.
