I have dealt with Amazon.com before and have been less than satisfied with

there service. Most of the time it has been with the slow shipping when free

shipping was offered. This time I had paid for faster shipping and still got

MEDIA MAIL. After receiving the item I went to Amazon.com to leave feedback

for the seller. To my dismay I found no way to leave feedback due to the

item being offered by Amazon.com. I emailed and also used the call me

feature to find out that this option is not allowed for there items offered

on there site. See the following response from Amazon.com.

First let me apologize for the less than positive experience you

had. Please note that at this point of time it is not possible to

leave feedback to Amazon, feedback can only be given for Amazon

Merchant or Marketplace orders.

However, we appreciate your comments about leaving feedback for

Amazon. I have passed on your message on to the appropriate

department in our company for consideration. Customer feedback like

yours is very important in helping us continue to improve the

selection and service we provide.

I understand that you are upset, and I regret that we have not been

able to address your concerns to your satisfaction. Unfortunately,

we will not be able to offer any additional insight or action on

these matters at this point of time.

We've appreciated your business and hope to have the opportunity to

serve you again in the future.
