We purchased a water purifying system for our home on 10/28/06. Our

salesman was Dan O'Kane. We opened an account to finance the system with

ISPC - an open end credit application and agreement. This is the sales

pitch: The system itself sells for approximately $5300 - however they

are running a deal now that they are selling the system for $3500

(approx) and then you finance through ISPC and the rest of the payments

add up to the $1800 (the deal they are giving you) - this equals the

$5300 figure. I called ISPC in early December to confirm this and they

explained to me they hear this all the time from customers and it is not

correct - it will not be paid off in 5 years and it will cost you much

more than $5300. So the payment terms and cost of the system were

misrepresented. I purchased a ST848 Steel Tec Water Treatment System.

Additionally, I had to start paying on the payment before Dan had

explained and I was promised a free $50 gas card for my inconvenience.

This was not delivered either. So in March - I ran across a payment

calculator based on interest and amount paid and figured out on my own

that ISPC was correct - Dan had lied about the payments and total cost.

Here is when I started to reach someone else besides Dan. I've been

trying to get resolution on this matter since 3/22/07 - I've spoke with

Brian, Martin and now Jeff. Nobody will call me back with resolution.
