vonage phone service

private residenal phone service..vonage advertised quality service at

set rate and lots of benefits for the price

service was poor.. customer service reps. make product out to be great

when complaint is made ,transfered to different dept /person and you're

on hold for extended amount time ..doubled talked ..additional charges

were made to my account that were suppose to taken off..connection poor

can't hear person on phone incomming or out going.. when I tried to

disconnect service was told to do this a disconnection charge of 130.00

would come out of my account.. asked for management got no where.. could

not get an address to coperate office to file grievance.. need help

filing legal complaint
