I was decieved so badly by this company.

I applied for a refinance and was givin the run around !!

I applied with lending tree.com and a woman named Danielle Weiss called me

and could NOT have been any nicer !! So sweet and like your best friend.

Well, after MANY emails and MANY phone calls of promises that " I will get this

loan closed" "Let me do the worrying for you, I promise I will close it

soon" I get a call on the week we are SUPPOSE to close ...saying sorry the

loan didn't go through !! Now this was after 2 1/2 months of waiting and

calls. NO idea there was a problem in the first place !!

For you sanity DO NOT deal with this company !!

They will promise you the world and not come through with one thing !!

So what you're telling me is, you're upset at a company for not giving you a loan because you have a credit score that show you have no history of paying anything back and you owe more on your house than it's worth?

Let me ask you a question, if you were the lender, would you loan yourself money? Would you loan me money if I had a 475 and owed much more than my home was worth?

Sure, they probably should have denied your loan sooner but, you also had the option at any time to cancel your application and take your business elsewhere.

You're right though, it's better to bash a company and an individual for your poor credit and negative equity than it is to be responsible, pay your bills, and take some action if you felt the process was taking too long. In the end, you and only you are accountable for what "happens" to you.

Thank you for your testimonial, I'm trying to help my elderly neighbor avoid a mistake, she was almost ready to sign with RFC. And to the person who insulted you about your credit rating, they are blaming the victim for the sins of the greedy.

wow. 475 credit score and 100k upside down. why should they help you. 475 shows that you can not and have not pay your bills on time.

you should be mad at the person who gave you the loan in the 1st place. it is poeple like you who have cause this mess we are in. stay in section 8 where you belong.

they are a bad company. my credit score is a 475 and my house apprazel was 140,000 and we owe 246,000. they should help people like us. i dont have a job and live off gov checks. i cant wait for obama to be president and help us out.

The guy who blamed it on "bad credit" is an idiot- I just finished my drama with these people. My wife and i have a combined income of over 100K, with little debt. Our credit scores are 710 and 730 respectively. They screwed us around to no end when finally we said the hell with it and told them we were no longer interested in doing business with them. Beware- they will scerw you.

This is an honest company. These people that claim to have been deceived were simply denied loans due to bad credit or worst! I have dealt with this company many times and they always treat me right!

i agree with your comments- i was decieved my this compay also. loan officer made all kinds of promised. he stated that our loan was already approved after we submitted all the paperwork.he stated only thing we needed was a apprsial.after several days passed he finally stated ther no money out there for your loan.so i lost $450.00.this was out of tampa,florida

This woman's complaint is without merit. We cannot discuss her private credit information. Suffice it to say, there are two sides to this story.
