Sir/Madam,


After the immediate response from Maruti.Mr.Rajeev Raj (Asst.Manager-Sales,Sai

Service,cochin)call me and other people who complaint aginest SAI to settle

this issue.They agree about their wrong commitment to customers.that means

SAIsales team cochin get order from customers with wrong

commitment.thatmeans they r cheating the customer aswell as

maruti.other dealership don't do....and also i point out some service issue

also(eg:Lost of belongings )and they apologize what they done.


Mr.Rajeev give verbal commitment that he will give the facility what his

executive offer when the time of purchase not only to me other customers

also...now he is purely trying to avoiding our calls...i think this

delership is playing with customer time & money...


Does maruti officels think that this is the right way to deal with a

customer's.


I already have good experiance with other dealers (hyundai,toyota,tata).this

is the first bitter & whorst experiance like largest car manufacture in

india dealer.


We have a group people cheated by SAI.(MARUTI DEALER).


Now we don't want to trust the SAI we have to get final word form

maruti..wether our issue will get solved or not. other wise we have to think

about next step...
