I receive my baggage,but my miles have been missing


by EK 788 from ACCRA to Dubai on 20th July - Seat No 29 A


and


EK 502 from Dubai to Mumbai on 21st July Seat No. 41 H


My sky ward no: EK 116139321


When submitting the online form it's unable to submit


Awaiting your confirmation with the credit


of points


and i have planned in september through Emirate to Europe
