We appreciate the benefits of consumers being able to voice their opinions about mishaps in service that was not performed to their satisfaction. At John Moore Services, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide our customer the dependable, trustworthy service with the backing of the Better Business Bureau. Our consecutive 5-year in a row awards for excellence with the BBB have been the best in Houston for plumbing, air conditioning, heating, electrical, pest control and insulation. We do not send plumbers to work on air condition units or vice versa, even though all of our trucks have unified graphics that display the many trades our company provides. Our technicians are all specialists in their fields service.
As for the dissatisfied consumer. We don't have an official recorded complaint from Email User in relation to poor service, lacking knowledge, being sloppy on our assessment or that we shouldn't be performing those types of repairs. Their comments are not exactly harmful, but we have a process at our company that would have made it up to the consumer if our service was not to their satisfaction. We apologize for their being inconvenienced during the 95 degree weather and hope that they would keep John Moore in mind for their servicing in the future.

The people were corteous and timely. Here's the catch. The service rep goes to the attic to check the unit and came down and started to sell me a circuit board for $899. I said what's wrong with the unit and he said there is a short and I don't know if it shorted out the circuit board. Then he proceeded to tell me he would replace the wires for $375. I said how long will it take and he said one hour. Then I said well that's ridiculous for that kind of job. I'll call an electrician. Then he said he would call somebody and see if he could get a better price. I felt like I was dealing with a Car Salesman. He came back in and said OK. We'll fix it for $199. I said Ok. He fixed it and now everything works fine.
