CIC credit bureau/credit monitoring

My complaint is: CIC credit bureau is a scam. I tried to cancel their

service? by phone. My husband is hearing impaired and I'm the one who has to make

phone calls. The operator told me he had to do it since the credit account with

them is in his name. I was told I could do it online, but how do I reach them
