Vodacom service

I have been a contract customer for more than 2 years with my current

contact running out on 27th November 2007. Together with my wife's cell we

spend over R 700 a month on cell bills.

After switching both our phones over to Top up contracts ( Top up 200 and

300 respectively) my current airtime has not been updated. My debit order

goes off like clockwork yet my airtime has not been updated.

What if I needed to make an urgent call or had an emergency which is life

threatening.

My wife's cellphone is also in for repairs which just make the situation so

much worse. Phone has been in for repair for close to a month after being

told that it would take 7 - 10 work days.

Definitely my last Vodacom contract.
