Emerge Mastercard

I would lilke to ask for feedback and assistance regarding what I

believe to be is criminal fraud being perpetrated by Emerge Mastercard.

I received a call tonight from a company called "Compucredit," demanding

in the most unpleasant terms that I pay the balance on my card by July

7. The called was a young chap who said his name was "Andrew.". I have

been making payments on this account and it never seems to get smaller.

I asked what the current balance is on this account, and I was told that

it is over $2000. The account, when I opened it, had a limit of $1000.

When I asked to speak to "Andrew's" supervisor, he threatened to use the

account information I have on file with them and withdraw the funds from

my account without my authorization.

Has anyone else had a similar experience. Has anyone sought legal

assistance regarding this matter, in particular either a consumer fraud

or class action lawsuit againt the company issuing Emerge mastercards?
