Comcast Renegs on Promotion

Comcast Renegs on Promotion I signed up for 90-day $19.99 internet promotion from Comcast, and was billed regular rate. I called and tried on-line chat - they state that 'I was aware of regular rates' - When I called to order the service, I was told that regular rates will apply after 90 days, not from day 1. Comcast junk mail had offer number V2BF-051707V1-NNE How can I get them to actually keep their word? It is not the money part but the lying-in-your-face part which is most irritating. First this company stuffs my mailbox with glossy junk offers, than they charge you 3x of what you signed up with, they deny knowledge of any offers when you call, and I go to the mailbox to find another 'offer' from them. Anybody can help or should I just cancel and look for another provider? Dmitry

Your best option would be to contact them directly to have this rectified. If that does not work, you should cancel services. Chances are they will offer you the $19.99 promotion. If they do not, you will be eligible for any new customer promotion after 120 days. :) From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Wednesday, 16-Jan-08 00:54:44 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
