Sent me 3 books I did not order and charged them to my credit card.

The deal is a membership deal and if I don't return the books they

charge on a monthly basis and send more books to the club member.

Tried to get me to return the books on my dime saying that they have

no idea who charged books for me on my credit card.

If someone DID get a hold of my credit card, I doubt they would be

sending me books!

Most people who steal credit cards buy things for themselves.

I had my attorney speak to them at this number 386-447-6358.

They finally agreed to pay for return shipping and reverse any charges.

This is a scam because many older people who don't know how to deal

with the fine print or how to fight for thier rights will end up with

books and a club membership they did not know they had. This company

is stealing because they don't ask permission before charging your

c.card and sending unwanted books!

My Member # : 9214875. and no I do not want the landscape secrets thank you. I first joined last year and I was to get 4 books for the price of 1, and then it was only $11.00. then s/h. All together it was over $23.00 Canadian for me. I ordered Painting Landscapes filled with Light and Capturing Color #8 I think, it was so long ago. and I have them but I did not get the other ones which are Flowers A - Z by Donna Dewbarry, and Trees and folliage. That was so long ago that it is realy making me mad. You keep sending me a bill to pay over $10.00. For what? Where are my books. Why would I recomend you to anybody or order any more books from you unless you can fix the problem. Your books on painting fairies are nice mabey you can send me one as a pease offering for all my trubles, when you send me my 2 books that I have been waiting for, one that is for beginners.
