CIC - Credit Monitoring

Credit Monitoring service, I guess, located in California, I never signed up

for this service, I did however get a free credit report through the

internet. I have been charged $8.95 twice on my credit card, the first time 5/26/07

and again 6/26/07. They now owe me $17.90. I am not using their services

and had not heard of them before now.

What can I do to get my refund. I will try to call the 800 number although

I have heard that they are hard to get through to.
