I order gold from this company on saturday. The site says all this good stuff like:

They have a live chat section which just brings you to email. There is no phone number to contact them on the site. (new rule:never order unless phone number)

I sent them an email after it had been a day. I receive an auto-reply saying thank you for your patience, due to high volume it will take a few more hours. Sent another email a day later and

receive the same auto-reply. I have sent numerous email since with no reply.(by numerous I mean atleast a dozen) It is very frustrating when the dialogue only goes one way. It is now

thursday and when I checked under my account on there website, instead of my order stating processing like usual, it now says processed. I have not received anything from these people.

Am I getting scammed? Why no emails or phone calls from them? This is all so frustrating. In total I spent $45 on this purchase which should have been delivered within a day. Now we are going on a week soon and they won't even get back to me and they lie on there website stating that I have been paid.
