automobile loan

I would like to complain about business practices of CAPITAL ONE AUTOMOBILE LOAN DEPARTMENT. They advertised their loan apr lower to attract. AFTER they got every detail about me including the ss number they happily approved my loan WITH A 10 1/2%. I questioned their representative, who calls herself THE SUPERVISOR. She did not give me any reason but to tell that this is our computer's decision. Capital One should tell why my loan rate went up from 6.49% to 10 1/2%. I know my credit rating with all three agencies is 738. I have proof of my current income. I requested a letter of assurance that my s.s.number in the records of capital one was safe. They (sonia) refused to do it. I requested that all my papers be regturned by mail so they do not keep them in their files, as I was canceling my application, they refused to do it.

I THINK SUCH COMPANIES SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE FOR ENTICING THEIR CLIENTS AND GIVING THIS HAPPY EXPERIENCE.
