Yahoo email ruining my buisness

Almost half the time I try to check my inbox my computer freezes up.I then have to unplug it and start all over again.I am a disabled veteran trying to supplement my income by buying and selling on Ebay.I have lost lost so much business I am starting to get very angry.All my business personal and legal contacts have my yahoo email address or I would switch to someone else.I have left numerous messages.No one will answer and tell me how to resolve your problem.I can't conduct business like this.
