SWIZZ AIR COMPLAIN Dear Sir, Please find herewith a copy of Complaint I have sent to Swiss Air on 15th Jul'07. till today, I have not receivd any feedback from them. After proper take off, App. Since My Seat was very hard, I wanted to pt it on Back rest, I wantd some help so At 10.30 Am i Pressed the assitanc call Button to call Air hostesss or Air Personnel, till 10.45 no one responded, fortunately after long struggle I could do the same & I was fine. But till then no one came to me 7 I switched off the Call on my own. At App. 11.00 Am, Drinks were served & at about 11.30 Am, I wanted the second drink & called for assistance onc again. Till 11.48, No once came for my assistance, It was only when they came to take back the empty Glasses, I asked him( Mr. JOSHA TRIEU), Why no one attended me, the answer was,,, Sir, we could not ear the Call, surprisingly, They could Neither hear the call Nor could they See the Light On? when I told him that the same thing took place at 10.30, he said he does not know & if I have any problem I should Speak to his Boss not him. Mean While i told him to get me a 2nd drink, He said, he will only serve once he is back with meal. In Second serve along with food wife asked for Vodka, They said, sir, we are Out of stock with Vodka? Surprisingly, When You have seved only one drink to every one, I hope all have nto Drunk Vodka? After an Hour or so, at 12.18 My wife called for assistance as she wanted a glas of water, Still No differenc, The call was not answered till 12.35, only when they came back to clear Lunch Plates they gave me water. Interestingly when I asked for water the second time, Your Air Hostes - Ms. S.Glier. took my old bottle & refilled it from the big bottle, ( Inspite she coud have easily given me a glass of water or a New bottle), do you think, We are Beggeres, for whome you pour water from one bottle to another? such a Petty thing for Big Airline.? After lunck at all the time till it was 9.30 Injdia, I had o ask for assistahce app. 2- 3 times mainly for water & a all times The responce time was not less then 15 mnts. In all I thought was in an Hostel where I can Get food / Drink / Assistance when they come with trolley & Shuld Not ask anything apart from that. even though Its an emergency , you should be prepared to wait for app. 20 mnts as they all are Very Busy to Hear & May be with vision Problem to see. My Previous Travel by LX 155 / 316 / 635 were one of the best , well served well ansewere, But this has changed my view. Perheps, this was my Last f;y with Swiss, as I will Try & make sure, Unless & otherwise forced, Will never Travel By Swiss but thought should Write back to you , to make sure you dont loose more clients.
