Chase Bank in Salt Lake Re: JP Morgan CHASE Bank Incompetents! To Whom It may concern:
A new word has been introduced to our modern dictionary to describe an attitude, lack of understanding and the inability to listen to your customers: That is called “ a Bushism” (engl. Re: Bush @ George W. Bush. )
I’ll try to make a long and painful story a short one. As a representative from my employee’s union I opened a Union account with JP Morgan CHASE Bank in Salt Lake City, UT. At the same time but in separate account, I transferred my personal funds from a local bank and applied for direct deposit from my employer. Not 30 days into this, JP Morgan CHASE Bank in Salt Lake City, UT mixed my checking account balance with that one of my employee’s Union.. !!! can you imagine??
A semi rural medium size town like Salt Lake, where it freezes in Winter and it bakes in Summer, people are kind of slow in reacting to ugly surprises yet they are very determined.. Can you imagine to have thousands of other people’s money mixed up with yours?? For two nights I could not even sleep.. not until that problem was closed twice !!
Chase Bank has this glitch (if you want to cal it that) that every two months you have to regester your computer in order to access you account information on line. Well I’m tired of re registering my passwords and user ID names so Chase is comfortable enough for me to look at my 20.00 balance!! I’m tired of playing games and tired of the incompetence of JP Morgan chase Bank in Salt Lake as well as ALL their employees!!

It is 12-10-2007, 10:43 AM CST yet to receive the over payment. 11-25-07 at 8:17PM CST Ms. Erin took my 1st call and promised to get this issue resolved by sending me the credit balance right back in 2 to 3 days. To date I have not received my money back. I have made numerous calls to Chase customer service 800-436-7927 and why my money has not been returned back?
