I was given a $42 gift certificate from a friend to this nail salon. I

have made 4 attempts to have my nails done. Hours are not normal salon

hours. Technician not available for the next week after 4pm.

I work, and can only get nails done after 5pm. Which is like any/all

other nail salons I've ever attended.

I contacted salon. Spoke with receptionist (Rachel) who informed me to

come to salon for a full refund. I went to salon on my lunch hour. Rachel

was not in. No other associate could assist me.

Left message for owner to call me. Mary Ann (owner) called me back. She

said no refund would be given. She also said gift certificates say 'no

cash refund'. I have the certificate in my hand, and there is no such

statement on certificate. I told owner this. She said no refund will be

given. Use certificate for another service or product.

Why would I go into a salon for any further service when I was treated as

such!?

I informed owner I would report her to whomever I could. Such poor

service !
