Dear Sir,

We have been staying at above address at Vadodara since long and have been receiving some letters for payment of credit card bills for some Mr.Jayesh Patel holder of some SBI Card No. 5264685314412394.

We have informed you earlier also and we once again inform you that no body in the name of Jayesh Patel lives at this address and receiving such letters for bill collection certainly disturbs our peace of mind. I request you to kindly make necessary correction and remove our address from somebody else's name. Last letter that we received bears Ref Code NXD and is dated 10th June 2007.

Please make correction and let us know. We may not be held responsible for any loss that you may incur because of your wrong address.
