Protect America Cancellation I am a Protect America customer whom has honored my agreement of 3 years. Now that I decide on moving my service to another provider, they don't want to let me go. I sent a letter to them 60 days prior to the contract expiration as instructed. Now they all of a sudden don't have the letter I sent. This type of practice has to be addressed. They are going about it the wrong way. If you want long term customers, then treat them as you would want to be treated. If companies would remember that without your customers, you have nothing, more companies would probably survive. They will see when their customer base drops like a rock and their numbers start to decrease. BEWARE!!! Stay away from this company.
