Eureka Forbes- Aqua guard Hi I am a consumer at Mumbai and an AMC holder for Aqua guard. I made a service request at Mumbai customer service. I had been speaking to multiple people there, Zeenat, Urmila, Smriti, Farha and finally to Abdul the floor manager. After repeated requests and follow ups there has been no attempt by the organization to attend the request. Because the service was not attended in time ( 2 working days) I made an attempt to speak to Mr. Jeet, customer service manager, but seems he is too busy to speak to a customer. What an irony, he cannot speak to the people he is employed for. The customer service do not have access to service station staff and hence cannot know the status of ones request. In today's tech savy world the organization cannot make available the basic equipments to enable the cust. srvc. staff to speak to service station staff. Selling in today's world is too easy but after sales service is what enables the consumer to make a choice of the company from which he will buy his product. So now u know which from list of which companies u should make ur choice.
