Received an e-mail from James (Jimbo) Prez in regards to custom painting tricks and how he is offering his course for a very cheap price. He goes as far as saying that he will send information on-line for free and if you purchase the course, you have a year to decide if you want to keep it or send it back for a full, unconditional refund. Being an auto and motorcycle junky, this offer was to go to turn down. Bought the plat. course for $209.00 US and waited for confirmation that the item had been shipped. After two weeks of nothing coming back, I started to call the order desk line hoping to be transferred to a Customer care rep. Left several messages, sent several e-mails and even sent a letter. Have received no replies. Finally, got someone from the order desk that informed on Friday July 13,2007 that the item had not been sent. I requested a refund for this purpose. Was told that someone will call me back to inform me that the refund has occurred. Not only

have not received a call nor e-mail in regards to my refund, now when sending an e-mail to Email User or Email User or Email User, all that is received is a mail demand failure stating that the end user can not accept anymore e-mails because his in box is full. Has anyone else had this problem with BAA Direct or am I the only one.

Hi,

I received emails promising to tell me how to do custom paint. The links provided do not work (error message: firefox can not find the server www.baa-direct) It googled www.baa-direct and the first 3 links were for the paint system but when I clicked on them I got the same error message.


My guess is they've finished their scam and shut down the server and moved on. The only question is, why is Facebook still putting Jimbo's ad out for it's users to see and link to?

I ordered the packet, received it 4 days after ordering, found that it was exactly the same package I had purchased over a year earlier, so I sent it back. This is the third week I have tried to get some response from them. I know they received the packet , because I sent it for it to be signed for. My credit card company is billing me for the amount of the order, so they have not informed the card company of the return and refund necessity. George
