This is a computer company, that sells supposedly new computers to =

consumers. My computer freezes constantly; it has no sound; the printer =

that it came with has never worked. I've called Bytespeed (out of North =

Dakota), I've sent the thing back once. It has never been resolved. =

They ignore my e-mails, so I'm stuck with this piece of crap computer =

that should be an embarassment to the computer world. These people =

ought to be called "Byte Me" because basically that's what they tell the =

consumer after you buy their product. =20

Have you tried contacting Matt in tech support? I have had wondering experiences with him over the years. Shoot him an email, maybe he can help you out. I know Bytespeed is committed to resolving any issues you may have, as customer service is number one with them.
