Bristol County Dodge

I wish I had known about this site sooner.

About 2 years ago my wife's car began leaking oil. We brought it to

Bristol County Dodge for service and they told us the problem was

something or other. They charged us over $300 for the repair and sent us

on our way. They next day my wife drove to work and by the time she got

to work her oil pan was 90% empty!!!! We filled her oil and bought

several spare quarts just in case. When we brought the car back they

found the real cause of the problem. I then asked why I should be held

responsible for a $300 "repair" that did nothing and they refused to

refund my money. I even offered to pay for the part, since technically I

did get a new part and asked that they refund me the labor and they

still refused. I fought with them for days and they refused to refund me

anything for the "repair" that didn't work.

So they charged me over $600 for the repair that did work. Also after

they repaired the problem, the air conditioner hasn't worked since.

Stay away from these people.
