AIG Systems Solutions is the one of the worst software concern in IT

industry.

They don't have Employee Flexi benefits apart from no work.

Particularly HR department is soooooooo worstttttt....Its ridiculous

department in AIG.

I suggest you all of you, please don't join in that concern and don't face

the problems.

Anita Subharayal who called as HR manager in AIG is the worst personality in

total IT.

She was better to work in any Labour concern or Fish Market development.

Mr.Manmohan Bhutani,who is the CEO of India is totally innocent, he doesn't

know what's going on in the Organization.We can say there is no value for

him from HR side.

He is nothing to Anitha Subharayalu.

I'm pity about you Mr.Manmohan.

There is no proper Organizational Structure.How they Got CMM Level

certification, God Knows?

Is they money given to that organization?

Friends,AIG is not at all preferable company to work...
