AOL service????? Today I looked at my account and there was a withdrawal of $14.95 to TWX*AOL SERVICE 0306 800-827-6364 NY. I have not had a AOL account in years. What is this bill for and how did you gain access to my account without permission from me. I am formally requesting a itemized statement and explanation in writing.
