I ordered a part for $125 and received the wrong part of a value of $10. I was charged $135 after I was quoted $125 and that was with shipping. I have emailed 7 times with no reply at all. I have called twice and reached a person once. She answered the phone "hello" without a company name or anything. She said she handles all the emails and phone calls. She could not answer any questions and "would get back to me". She has not called or emailed in three weeks. She also said there are no returns on electronic parts!!! I did not order an electronic part but thats what they send so that they can say this. . They send a cheap non-returnable part so that they can say there are no returns even if it's their fault and the part is still in the original package. I am a HVAC tech. so I know what part I needed and provided them with the part # and the model # and serial #. This "company is a rip off. The check doesn't even have their name on it. It says " ALL AREA CONSUMER SERVICES INC"

Won't go into the whole long story but they sent us wrong part said if we sent it back they would send correct one never recieved new part. Went to their website 12/8/08 it is the same but a little different they have a "new" number 352-321-2693 spoke to "lindsey" said she is in Nevada told her she has a Leesburg number she said has a "vonage box" put her "supervisor" on the phone named "Fred" said that they bought the company on 11/27 said they aren't responsible for returning our money

I ordered a condensor fan blade for $167 with a credit card two weeks ago, no fan blade, no response to emails, and they don't answer the phone. I have only read negative comments about company on the internet, so buyer beware. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

EXPERTAPPLIANCE.com IS A FRAUD. EXPERT APPLIANCE IS A FRAUD. EXPERTAPPLIANCE IS A FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM EXPERT APPLIANCE... Bought a part for my stove - received acknowledgement - told it would arrive within 5 days. After 5 days I sent an inquiry and was told they would look into it - after 7 days I emailed a second inquiry and received nothing - I called one of the customer service numbers and it was disconnected - called the second one and got an ambiguous voicemail telling me to leave a message - I tried and was told the mailbox was full - probably from other disatisfied customers...EXPERTAPPLIANCE.com IS A FRAUD.

I am in the same boat. They are absolutely a rip off. I ordered a $147 part and received a $6 switch that didn't even come close to what I ordered. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Florida and I urge you to do the same. This company needs to be put out of business as soon as possible. Do not contact the BBB. They can do nothing for you. The Attorney General can shut them down if enough complaints are filed. Let's put these guys in jail if possible.

this person is right on time! expert appliance is a ripoff !!!!! search {expert appliance} or {ALL AREA CONSUMER SERVICES} and you will find out expert appliance is a fraud..ALSO SEARCH RIPOFF,COM...they advertize 10% off if paid by check ...once they get your bank routing # they over charge and your bank will tell you that they {bank} can not help you...if you pay by other means they will send a 10.00 part when you paid for a 125.00 part then jerk you around when you try to return it or get a refund..
