- Cable TV/Comcast Comcast -=20 My Cable TV has not worked for 6 months correctly, they keep billing me, I try to cancel but they put me on hold for 20 minutes and I hang up. I have had to have Comcast out 14 times to replace the cable box, I have had 14 different boxes in 3 years with them - unreal! The cable keeps not working, and I keep getting billed! Also, the last time they came out, they blew me off Monday and Tuesday, then a guy came Wednesday and said he could not help, then finally Thursday a guy came and exchanged my 14th box. The worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life!!!!! All they say about all this is that they are sorry.
