Sears washer & dryer combo

I bought a washer & dryer combo from sears.com on June 25, 2007. They took

the money out of my account on June 28, 2007 in the a.m. On the date of

delivery 7:30 a.m. I get a phone call that the washer & dryer combo is no

longer being manufactured. No inventory? Sears.com still has the same

washer & dryer on their web site. Now trying to get my money back. Today

is the 5th business day and no money. They told me 3 to 5 business days.

This is totally unacceptable. Not everyone has an extra $1,000.00 in their

account. I need that money to purchase a washer & dryer. I was going down

to the Sears store but not now. I'll never buy anything again in Sears.

The customer service people are no help, they just don't care, just get the

nut off the phone that wants her money.
