Maytag Neptune top loading washing machine

Maytag Neptune Top Loading washing machine - 1 year old. This washing

machine does a particularly bad job of cleaning my clothes. Many items need

to be rewashed, even though I'm using the proper detergent and operating the

machine according to instructions. Many articles of clothing have come out

looking like bleach has spotted them, even though no bleach was used. It

has ruined many articles of clothing. Clothes get stuck in the upper seal,

which rips whatever gets stuck there. In addition, ALL the clothes are

horribly twisted and knotted - even when using the wrinkle control setting!

The fabric softener dispenser never empties completely and is difficult to

keep clean. Repairmen are unable to help.
