There catchy advertising was the only positive experience with the installation of our hardwood flooring. With the exception of arriving on time the day promised, there want not another aspect of the installation that went as promised. If you are unfortunate enough to do business with Empire, have a similar experience, wait till you deal with their customer service department.=20 Needless to say I will never do business with them !!
