POOR TECH SUPPORT

Hi there,

I just want to share with you about my bad experience with this company called KOBIAN CANADA. I purchased two of their products from Walmart and when I opened them they're not working. So, I decided to call their support line and left numerous messages but nobody return my call. I decided to email them and the only thing they could say is their phone line is not working. The technician mentioned about a 905-940 ???? number but did not call that number and what they have on their site is 1-888-456-2426....I think what this people are doing is sell their products but dont want to give any support....They provide you a number but only answers your questions through email...What's worst is the technician doesn't even know what he is talking about....

I would say if I rate their service from 1 to 10 ...I'll give them 3....or not even...very bad...My suggestion is to all or any consumers who buys from this company or any company should make sure first that their technical support is always available otherwise return the product back to the store.
