OVer charging by ICICi Bank credti cards - Be aware

=0A =0AI am ICICI bank customer. i Hold a gold card(credit card) from IC=

ICi Bank. In due course they kept on sending me add on cards, none of thos=

e card i have requested. After one year they started charging for those car=

ds. In April 07 they charged me 1500/- for the card. I called customer serv=

ice and after a lot of argument they have agreed to cancel the fee. and i m=

ade a payment after educing the 1500/-. In next month statement again surpr=

ised to see interest fee of 1618/-. When enquired in the customer care, the=

y said it because of non payment of initial 1500/-. Then they again agreed =

to reverse that. In the Jun 07 bill agian was surprised to see that only re=

versal of 1500/- was made and not 1618/-. again checked with customer serv=
